3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (Monday-Saturday)

  • Orders placed on Sunday will be processed on Monday

  • You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order is shipped

4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is shipped:

  • Tracking ID will be shared via SMS and Email or WhatsApp

  • You can track your order on the courier partner's website

  • Allow 24-48 hours for tracking to activate

Out for Delivery Courier person will deliver today

8. ADDRESS CHANGE

If you need to change your shipping address:

  • Contact us immediately at +91 720385-1331 or thatdnmstore@gmail.com

  • Address change is possible only before order is shipped

  • Once shipped, address cannot be changed

9. MISSING/DELAYED ORDERS

If your order is delayed beyond estimated delivery time:

  1. Track your order using tracking ID

  2. Contact the courier partner directly

  3. If no resolution, email us at thatdnmstore@gmail.com with your order number

10. CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipping

  • Once order is shipped, cancellation is not possible

  • Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days
