Return and Refund Policy - DNM

Thank you for shopping at DNM.


1. RETURNS ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 8 hours of receiving your order

  • Returns are ONLY accepted for damaged/defective products

  • No returns for change of mind, wrong size, or any other reason

  • No Refund available


2. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURN

You MUST provide:

  1. 📸 Clear photos of the damaged product

  2. 🎥 Unboxing video showing the product being opened and the damage

⚠️ Important: Without unboxing video, no return request will be accepted.


3. DAMAGED PRODUCT RETURN PROCESS

Step 1: Contact us immediately (within 8 Hours once your Parcel is delivered):

(For Return, Please don't call on above WhatsApp Number. Just Drop Images, Chat and the concern support executive will reply within 4-8 hours)

Step 2: Provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of damage

  • Unboxing video

Step 3: We will verify and approve your return request

Step 4: Ship the product back to the provided address


4. RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES

💰 All return shipping charges are to be BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER

  • Customer pays for return shipping

  • Customer arranges courier/pickup

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • DNM is NOT responsible for any courier charges


5. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned damaged product:

  • Store Credit will be issued within 3-5 business days, or we will send another product.

  • NO cash refunds

  • NO refunds to bank accounts/UPI

  • Credit can be used for future purchases


6. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

❌ No returns accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size ordered

  • "Didn't like it"

  • "Doesn't fit"

  • "Color looks different"

  • Any reason other than damage

  • For 3M / Embossed / Abstract Skins : Side Cut Outs and camera Cuts are optional, If any damage in Side cut outs and Camera Cut, no return is eligible.
  • For Skins : We won't exchange / return / replace if there is minor color difference / texture change as seen on website.
  • For Guards : We send Case Friendly Cutting by default, No Exchange / Return if you feel its small in size and not edge to edge
  • For Guards : If you have selected Edge to Edge cover from website, and if it doesn't perfect fit because of your Case, We are not responsible for same.
  • For Transparent Concept SKins - It will only look best on Light Shade Transparent phones back panel, If you have by mistakenly ordered on dark shade, No Return is eligible  

❌ No returns accepted after 24 hours

❌ No returns accepted without unboxing video


7. CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancellation allowed only before shipping

  • Once shipped, no cancellations
